THE LORD IS NOT FINISHED
This afternoon as I was scrolling through Facebook, I saw a picture of the late Prophet Kim Clement. Today would have been his 66th birthday. When I looked at his picture I was thinking about all the prophets who were taken from us the past few years. As I did several times in the past, I complained to the Lord, asking: “Why were so many of our mentors and prophets taken from us at such a young age?” After all, we need them now more than ever.
I was thinking about Elijah complaining to the Lord that he was the only prophet left in the land. The scripture from 1 Kings 19:18, was quickened to me: "Yet I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth that has not kissed him.” Once again, the Lord is raising up a remnant who have not submitted to idolatry or the ways of the world. We are living in a season that is pregnant with purpose and promise. The Lord is mantling believers with a powerful anointing to do the same works that Jesus did.
In the midst of what appears to be a dark season of chaos and opposition, there will be a sudden shift in the spirit realm. We are coming into a time that we will experience supernatural miracles, astonishing breakthroughs and divine encounters. The Lord is not finished with the body of Christ. The Holy Spirit wants to invade your homes with His glory. He desires to use you in such a way that people around you will sense His presence.
Many of you are saying that this certainly is an unusual time in history. Don’t be alarmed by the rise in in the warfare, but know that this is an indication of His coming glory. We must stand against the lawlessness and the sin that so easily besets us. Take authority over adverse situations. We need to use our words to transform our world. In times of turmoil, we need to remember our authority.
The Lord says, I am about to visit My people in ways that will astound them. I am about to release My anointing into your lives and manifest Myself among you in ways that you have not yet known. The level of My glory will amaze many believers and touch unbelievers. I will bring those of you who know Me to a greater level, and multitudes who don't know Me will experience My Shekinah glory. Shake off all spiritual lethargy and prepare your hearts for this spiritual awakening.
Throw off anything that would restrain you so that you will not be hindered from receiving all that is available to you. Don't allow old wine skins to get in the way of receiving the new wine that is being distributed. Prepare yourself for that which I am about to release. Listen for My voice. I will speak in visions and dreams to those who have discerning hearts. Allow Me to abide in your midst, walk with you and talk with you.
As you abide in Me, you will learn how to walk as Jesus walked. This is a new season when you will no longer question Me because you will see a greater dimension of My power. You will experience greater levels of miracles, signs and wonders in your midst. My prophets will speak My words with accuracy and authority to bring change, set people free, deliver those in bondage and release creative miracles.
I will visit you as you press through in prayer and intercession. Your voices have always been heard on high and soon you will know this without a doubt. Trust Me to shut the mouths of the lions when you are in the lions den. Not one hair on your head will be singed when you are in the fiery furnace, but you will recognize the fourth man, Jesus standing with you in the fire says the Lord.
1 Kings 19:18
Yet I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth that has not kissed him.
Romans 11:2-6 (TPT)
God has not rejected his chosen, destined people! Haven’t you heard Elijah’s testimony in the Scriptures, and how he prays to God, agonizing over Israel? “Lord, they’ve murdered your prophets; they’ve demolished your altars. Now I’m the only one left and they want to kill me!” But what was the revelation God spoke to him in response? “You are not alone. For I have preserved a remnant for myself—seven thousand others who are faithful and have refused to worship Baal.” And that is but one example of what God is doing in this age of fulfillment, for God’s grace empowers his chosen remnant. And since it is by God’s grace, it can’t be a matter of their good works; otherwise, it wouldn’t be a gift of grace, but earned by human effort.
