JULY 2019

July 27, 2019

When I was a young girl we didn’t have mobile phones, computers or any type of digital devices. We used cameras to take pictures which had to go through a process of development. A negative was taken through several steps before a photograph was formed. The film was first taken into a dark room. It was then soaked in water, then converted into a metallic silver. It was then rinsed in clean water, and it was finally perfected by light. As the photograph was being developed it was handled carefully to avoid any damage, discoloration, or fading.
We live in a generation who has been spoiled with modern technology. We are able to take pictures instantly from just about any place in the world with a cell phone or other digital device. In the same way, so many of us resist the process that God brings us through, because we are looking for an instant "modern technology" transformation. Every one of us have been taken from a negative situation but so many of us are undeveloped because we haven’t allowed Him to continue with the process in our lives.

It is imperative that we spend time cultivating our relationship with Jesus in the dark room. We need to allow Him to take us through the process of development. This dark room is where our character is developed as our fleshly desires are crucified. This is the place of heartfelt repentance. This is the place where He trains us to hear His voice and know His ways. This is where our gifts are cultivated and dreams are birth. This is where new ideas are developed and new assignments are released. This Is where we place our prayer requests and receive answers to our prayers. This is where the Word of God becomes alive with revelation and vision is established.

The Lord says; allow Me to transform your life in this place. Allow Me to work in you and through you to bring every negative situation into a positive. Do not rebel and do not resist the process. Some say, it is too difficult but others understand that I am walking with them through it all. The process is necessary to be conformed and developed into My image. This is the place where all impurities and defilement will be destroyed and all bruises and blemishes will be erased. This is the place where the rough edges will be smooth out, broken hearts will be restored and wounds from the past will be removed.

The memories of the afflictions and traumas will be wiped away. This is the place where your mind will be renewed and you will learn to walk in integrity and grow in maturity. This place is necessary for your spiritual growth and fruit that will remain. Just as there is a process of maturation in the natural life, there is also a process in your spiritual life. Trust Me when you feel that the process is too challenging. My plans will be established through this process of development. This is where transformation will take place. This is where you will learn to walk, This is the place where you will receive healing and learn to grow into the person that you were created to be, says the Lord.

Psalm 85:8 (The Passion Translation)
Now I'll listen carefully for your voice and wait to hear whatever you say. Let me hear your promise of peace - the message every one of your godly lovers longs to hear. Don't let us in our ignorance turn back from following you.

Psalm 91:1 (The Passion Translation)
When you sit enthroned under the shadow of Shaddai, you are hidden in the strength of God Most High.

Song of Solomon 2:10 (The Passion Translation)
Arise, my dearest. Hurry, my darling. Come away with me! I have come as you have asked to draw you to my heart and lead you out.

There is a scripture in the book of Revelation which says “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy”. When we give our testimony whether it is spoken or written out, it releases an anointing for others to be set free. It creates an atmosphere for others to be saved, healed and delivered. It releases strength and encouragement to transform lives. For those of you who know me, know that I have an extensive testimony. Just as the apostle Paul said, He has rescued me from so great a threat of death, and will continue to rescue me.

Every one of you also has a testimony. Some of you have been thrown into a pit and sold as a slave just as Joseph was. The Lord is about to bring you out in the same way with favor and authority over your enemies. Some have been thrown into the fiery furnace as Shadrach Meshach and Abednego was. Your enemies will be destroyed and you will come out without the smell of smoke.

You may have been thrown into the lion’s den but you will come out unharmed. Those who threw you in will fall on their face in awe saying of the Lord “For He is the living God, enduring and steadfast forever, and His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed, and His dominion will be forever. “He rescues and saves and performs signs and wonders in heaven and on earth.

The power of your testimony will override anything that others speak over your life. It will cancel out the demonic assignments against you. It will nullify the word curses spoken over you. The book of revelation says “And they have conquered the accuser by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death”.

As you worship God in the midnight hour just as Paul as Silas did in the prison, you will also be released and your shackles will fall off. This testimony will reach others just as the jailer who said “What must I do to be saved”? Multitudes accepted Jesus through the testimony of the apostle Paul whose life was transformed through an encounter on the road to Damascus.

Your testimony will bring many into the kingdom as you tell them “I was blind but now I see”. As you speak your testimony without fear, many will be delivered from the very thing that Jesus has delivered you from. He wants to use you to demonstrate His kingdom and possess the land on earth as it is in heaven with the power of your testimony.

Daniel 4:2
I thought it good to declare the signs and wonders that the Most High God has worked for me.

Revelation 19:10
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

Luke 8:39
Return to your home and your family, and tell them all the wonderful things God has done for you. So the man went away and preached to everyone who would listen about the amazing miracle Jesus had worked in his life.

The Lord brought me back to a prophetic word that I received about a year ago. The Holy Spirit showed me numerous Christians who were packing their bags, zipping them up, putting a lock on them, and throwing away the key. These were believers who had given up on pursuing the plans that Jesus had for their lives. In their earlier years as a believer they spent quality time in the secret place but now the light seemed to grow dim in their prayer closets. They used to be the first ones in the church when the doors opened. They no longer play worship music in their cars or search for the latest books on revival. They no longer spend time in the Word of God or soaking in the presence of God.

Pursuing Jesus has become a task and a burden rather than a privilege for some of you. Difficult times have brought discouragement. In the book of Hebrews the apostle Paul encouraged the people not to throw away their confidence because it will be greatly rewarded. If you don’t become weary in well doing, in due season you will reap if you faint not. Be persuaded that what Jesus has promised to you, He will perform and complete. He has a plan for every life and no purpose of His could be thwarted.

There are numerous stories throughout the New Testament where people would do anything to touch Jesus. Everywhere that he went people would swarm around him just to hear his teaching. Lives were transformed, people were delivered, healed and set free. A man named Jairus fell at Jesus feet and begged him to go to his house. Jesus willingly went and healed his daughter. A woman who had an issue of blood was so desperate for healing that she pressed through the crowd just to touch Jesus cloak. He replied to her; women your faith has made you whole, go in peace.

One time when Jesus went through Jericho there was a wealthy tax collector who was short in stature named Zacchaeus. He was not able to see Jesus because of the crowd so he climbed up a sycamore tree just to see him. Because of his perseverance, Jesus told him that salvation has come to his house. Jesus healed everyone who ever went to him. The only time he had to withdraw himself from doing miracles was in his own hometown because of their lack of faith. Jesus is calling you back to that place of intimacy with Him. He is pursuing you to return to your first love.

The Lord says; I am calling you back to pursue the vision that you once had. I am restoring the dreams that you have forsaken. Do not be dismayed by adverse circumstances. Do not allow discouragement to overwhelm you and lead you in the wrong direction when things happen that you have no control over. The assignments from the enemy are meant to divert you from your purpose but as you pursue your dream, your perseverance will catapult you into your destiny. The misfortunes that were sent to destroy you will strengthen you as you endure without wavering

Don’t be disillusioned when people reject you, spitefully use you or speak against you. Don’t lose your focus when situations seem hopeless but pursue the vision that you had once again. It is time to bring that dream back to life. I will restore your fragmented life and shattered dreams. I will heal your broken heart and restore your joy. Don’t be disheartened by disappointments that you have encountered and don’t allow fear to overtake you. Trust in me to once again make the crooked paths straight as you pursue the plans that I have for you once again says the Lord.

Job 42:2
“I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted.

John 6:2
Then a great multitude followed Him, because they saw His signs which He performed on those who were diseased. And Jesus went up on the mountain, and there He sat with His disciples.

Galatians 6:9
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

Hebrews 10:35
Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.

The Holy Spirit gave me an awesome word for this week. Most of us have been to hundreds of church services, conferences, heard countless messages, watched numerous videos, went to Bible College but never had a genuine personal encounter with Jesus. The book of Exodus says that the Lord spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. Jesus is about to show up with a Holy Visitation

In the book of Exodus He revealed Himself to 600,000 Israelites with signs, wonders and miracles during their time in the wilderness. Their clothes and their shoes didn’t wear out for forty years. He led them with a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. He rained down manna from heaven to feed them continually, yet the people murmured and complained. He even used Moses rod to part the Red Sea so that they could escape from Pharaohs army as He drowned their enemies when they tried to pursue them.

Even after all that the Lord did for them, they still didn’t have an encounter with Him as Moses did. Psalm 103 says that He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. Jesus wants to give us personal encounters. He wants to ignite us with His anointing so that when we lay hands on the sick they will be healed and their lives will be transformed. He wants to visit us and ignite a fire within us so that we will minister with power and authority. He wants to show us His mysteries and reveal the hearts of others to us so that we will minister effectively.

He showed me a company of Prophets being raised up. I saw divine alliances and Kingdom connections being established. It is imperative to be connected to like minded believers because we cant be yoked with unbelievers if we want to be used by God in a mighty way. He is about to do something so tremendous that our natural mind could not perceive it. He has called us out of darkness into His glorious light to release His light back into the darkness. He has called us to cancel out the assignments of the enemy and bring His agenda back into the church.

He wants to ignite pastors because you cant lead a congregation if you don’t have the fire of God burning within you. The Prophet Jeremiah said: “His word was in my heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones that I couldn’t hold back”. He is raising up a company of prophets just as Samuel had a school of prophets. They will know how to hear His voice and release the word of the Lord with precision and accuracy. He is raising up evangelists to go out into the dark areas and rescue those who are called to the end time harvest. He is raising up teachers who know how to apply the Word of God and will train others with a solid foundation. He is raising up Apostles who will build up churches and tear down idolatry. They are those who are fearless and anointed as the Apostle Paul.

It is time to raise your expectations. Jesus is looking for those who will demonstrate His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven with miracles, signs and wonders following. Many of you have been delivered from the depths of hell yourself therefore you are adamant, courageous and fearless against the onslaught of the enemy. Jesus is raising up believers who will not retreat when the warfare is too intense. They are those who fast and pray and seek His face. He will equip and empower you for service. He will open your eyes and show you to what you have been created for through divine encounters in the secret place. Expect a Holy visitation.

Psalm 104:4
Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire.

Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.

Jeremiah 20:9
Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, nor speak anymore in His name.”
But His word was in my heart like a burning fire shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, and I could not.

Rule with the heart of a servant. Serve with the heart of a king.
